SUMMARY
The Associate Retail Manager will partner with the Event & Retail Manager to grow the Los Angeles market retail footprint, primarily through the development and management of local retail partnerships. Another major component of the role will be recruiting, hiring, and training marketing representatives, as well as staffing and scheduling.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversees development and participation in retail partnerships and creation of lead-gen opportunities, including on-site administration, resource supervision, and other implementation details.
Negotiates contracts with retail partners and outside vendors to procure space and to obtain the best value for our investment.
Manages the department calendar.
Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training; will also provide in-field coaching.
Leads classroom training to teach new staff RbA methodology and processes.
Provides guidance, training, and work direction to retail marketing reps.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications preferred or equivalent skills and abilities.
1-2 years of experience in sales/marketing, planning events and/or managing sales/retail teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strategic thinking skills, with strong project management skills, including attention to detail.
Strong leadership skills
Ability to drive personal vehicle and must have valid state motor vehicle operator's license.

SALARY INFORMATION:
This position earns commission in addition to base pay. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn a base pay of $64,481-$71,623 + commission. The commission target goal is $15,000 but not capped at that amount and is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
