Job Summary:

The position is responsible for the safe, efficient, and profitable daily operations of the Service Center including shop floor, office personnel and logistics.

Required Education/Experience:
  • Minimum of Associates Degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum 1 year management or industry experience with strong leadership skills
  • Comply with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements
  • Minimum 1 years' experience with Budgets, Customer Service, Inventory Control, Logistics and Warehouse experience required
  • Minimum 1 year communicating effectively with vendors, customers and other managers in both written and verbal formats
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
  • 3 years Bath Enclosure experience preferred
  • Oracle and basic MS Office experience preferred
Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customers in the Service Center region receive excellent levels of service
  • Operate the Service Center in a safe, efficient and profitable manner
  • Supervise all shop and office personnel
  • Negotiate pricing with local vendors for glass, freight and packing materials
  • Maintain accurate inventory and sales records in Oracle
  • Monitor credit related problems with Shared Services and Accounting
  • Prepare monthly reports including forecast; filling for other positions in office and shop
  • Responsible for carrying out all established Hydro procedures and policies on a local level
