How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Provides support to the ALAM Procurement Organization, including market intelligence, preparing procurement forecasts, savings reporting, category wide analysis, supporting the team on accelerating replication of best practices across all geographies and also be a program manager for select procurement initiatives as

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Participate in efforts to standardize and implement processes and activities across the
ALAM Organization based on Air Liquide's governing policies
* Support ALAM in the reporting and management of the savings reporting process per
Bluebook
* Supports continuous improvement projects across the ALAM procurement community
* Support processes related to supplier performance management and other supplier
programs as needed , including the Vendor Evaluation rating
* Provides analytics and reporting support for internal customers including the
development and creation of BI dashboards
* Conduct detailed analyses to support ALAM's global strategic sourcing efforts/initiatives
* Perform analysis of financial and operating information as requested including:
Spend analysis
Data mining
Total cost of ownership analysis
Trend analysis
* Provide additional and ad hoc reporting as needed, including:
Macroeconomic analysis market reporting and forecasting
Supplier market conditions and analysis as directed by ALAM leadership.
Supplier and Commodity Profiles.
Investigate and study supplier cost structures.
* Supports the teams in presentations to all levels of management

* Liaison with the process performance/ SAP teams to make recommendations on process
improvements in Supply Chain practices
* Serve as the Procurement expert for deployment of new Procure-to-Pay and e-
Procurement tools across the ALAM organization
Facilities Compliance with Group Bluebook guidance in regards to spend and
savings processes and reporting.

* Maintain strong lines of communication within ALAM's procurement community, key
customer groups, and other relevant stakeholders
* Participate in special projects as identified by the Manager, Procurement

__________________Are you a MATCH?

Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, engineering or any business related
field. Preferred: Advanced degree in economics, finance, engineering or any business related field.

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of finance, business analysis and economic modeling
experience.

SKILL SET:
* Excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills with ability to collect and correlate
information and data
* Advanced skills in the Google suite are required
* Understands underlying mechanisms of customer/supplier relationships
* Solid written and verbal communication skills
* Detail oriented, self-motivated with ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work and
meet deadlines
* Possesses ability to synthesize information quickly and summarize conclusions and
recommendations
