Job Details

This position will drive the strategy and execution of company Talent Acquisition initiatives, enabling our success in attracting, selecting, and onboarding top-tier candidates to meet our business growth initiatives. This position works with our talent team to lead the implementation of innovative candidate sourcing strategies and works closely with the hiring managers to elevate their recruiting and interviewing skills.

Based in our North American HQ in Boston, you will enjoy a flexible hybrid schedule with a 2-day office presence, providing a great balance for your professional growth and development.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (Workday)
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting with proven experience delivering strategic and consultative recruiting solutions at an accelerated pace while building positive collaboration with the business partners in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience in lead generation/sourcing, including using diverse strategies, technologies, and tools.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (Workday) and other recruitment tools
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of successfully filling positions with high-quality candidates
  • Passion for creating a great candidate experience
