Why This Role Is Exciting:

As a Associate Publisher Business Development Manager for publishers, you'll engage with publisher leaders from well-known companies and innovative start-ups and help them understand how impact.com can bring new value to their business.

What You'll Be Doing:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage administrative tasks and workflows for the business development team using platforms such as Asana, Salesforce, and other internal BI tools.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, task lists, and deadlines to ensure timely completion of business development activities.
  • Participate in team meetings, networking, trade show events and activities to grow the business
  • Support publishers in onboarding to Impact.com

Publisher Outreach:

  • Develop, manage, and engage with a prospect base consisting of specific target accounts in an assigned territory
  • Communicate the value proposition and benefits of partnering with Impact.com

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Utilize Salesforce to maintain accurate records of contacts, leads, opportunities, and activities related to publisher partnerships.
  • Generate and update reports from Salesforce to provide insights into business development performance and trends.
  • Compile data from multiple sources and prepare comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Document Preparation and Management:

  • Prepare proposals, contracts, presentations, and other business documents for new publisher partnerships, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in the development of templates and standardized processes to streamline document creation and management.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the business development team to align strategies and goals.
  • Work closely with BDMs to build a pipeline for Impact.com's products
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive communication and execution.

  • At least 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience succeeding in a goal-driven environment
  • Team-oriented, coachable, self-starter
  • Able to understand and work with different digital tools and platforms
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Possess a competitive nature, be intellectually curious, and showcase interest in technology & digital marketing.

Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $80,000 + 25% compensation plan (base + commission for a potential $87,500-$100,000 OTE ) per year, plus eligibility to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.

This is the pay range the Company believes is equitable for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
