HGA is an award-winning architecture, engineering, and planning firm with an excellent opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager in our Northern California region. We are looking for a person who is passionate about building awareness and understanding of HGA's brand and the remarkable work being done by our national, multidisciplinary design firm. This role reports to the Regional Marketing Director, manages a team of curious and talented Marketing Coordinators, and strategizes, plans, manages, and executes marketing activities collaboratively with the Marketing, Communications and Practice teams. We have an outstanding marketing team who love what they do and love to have fun along the way. Use your understanding of our industry and markets, expertise, and relationships to make a positive, measurable impact. Working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, you guide your team in strategizing, and building compelling content through the creation of proposals, presentations, collateral and more.
The pay ranges listed align to the geography of the following offices: Sacramento, San Franscisco, and San Jose. Actual compensation will be based upon work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Individuals in this role working more than 24 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in HGA's robust benefit programs which include an annual bonus and success sharing bonus program, 401(k) guaranteed contribution, paid parental leave, medical, dental and life insurance plans as well as PTO and short- and long-term disability programs. Salary range: $86,500 - $115,900
