This position is responsible both for developing new features and enhancements for core tools powering the App Store customer experience and internal teams' workflows and processes, while also leveraging expertise of both the business and the content and tooling infrastructure of the App Store to troubleshoot reported issues and bugs. The ideal candidate can wear both customer and technical team hats and has a knack for recognizing problems, devising solutions and wrangling responsible individuals and teams for user input. Expertise of apps across mobile, wearable, and desktop devices, and experience working with digital stores and content management systems are a plus.

Key Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience with 4-7 years working with internal back-end tools and system infrastructure to manage and assemble content onto a digital storefront
  • Familiarity with drafting high-level feature requirements for tooling solutions
  • Working knowledge of the App Store user experience across all device platforms - iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, Apple TV, and Apple Vision
  • Experience with internal back-end tools and system infrastructure to manage and assemble content onto a digital storefront
  • Aptitude for evaluating/troubleshooting technical issues and chasing solutions and fixes
  • Proficient in communicating between both technical and non-technical team members
  • Capably build and influence relationships with individuals across multiple cross-functional teams around the globe to drive and deliver on results


Description

- Create, enhance, and manage core App Store business tools by identifying user needs and creating high-level feature requirements - Manage end-to-end implementation, QA, and user-acceptance testing of aforementioned tools together with engineering partners and end users - Identify both customer-facing and back-end App Store issues and bugs that manifest on-store and/or off-store and manage steps and progress to resolution - Liaison between App Store business users and Engineering teams to prioritize fixes and gather essential required info on reported issues - Manage trainings of new tooling features and communications regarding content issues and resolutions with wider global App Store business users and leadership teams

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $141,100.00 and $212,600.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
