Job Description

About Daybreak:

Daybreak Health (http://www.daybreakhealth.com/) is creating a world where every young person benefits from mental health support. We provide evidence-based virtual and in-person therapy to children and youth ages 6-19. We partner with public school districts and health insurance companies to provide free, accessible mental health care to all families - we believe that every child should have access to mental health support as a fundamental part of their education.

We're a YC-backed company that raised its Seed from Maven Ventures, Series A from Lightspeed Ventures, and just announced our Series B led by Union Square Ventures. We've seen tremendous success in the past 2 years and are growing quickly and efficiently. We're hiring for critical roles to continue our acceleration and national expansion.

As a team, Daybeakers:

  • Rally around our North Star mission
  • Are creative, humble, hard-working, and determined to win
  • Collaborate and execute incredibly well by "doing more with less" - we value efficiency and output over hours worked
  • Communicate clearly using writing instead of jumping to meetings for everything
  • Are fully remote with team members across the country and have invested deeply in making async work
  • Value mental health: vulnerability is a big part of our culture. We also have regular mental health days (once per quarter)
  • Value fun and hold regular virtual and in-person activities

The Growth Strategy & Operations Associate:

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the scaling of a high-impact startup in the health tech space.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize sales and marketing tools, namely Salesforce, Outreach, and HubSpot to ensure seamless operation and integration.
  • Lead sales enablement efforts, ensuring sales teams have the tools, resources, and training to drive revenue growth effectively.
  • Manage the tracking and writing of RFPs to secure new business opportunities
  • Oversee grant tracking and writing processes to secure funding for innovative initiatives and projects.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to drive insights and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for revenue optimization and business growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the K-12 education space is a must
  • 2+ years of experience in revenue strategy and operations, consulting, or a related role
  • Incredibly motivated and a dynamic self-starter with a great nose for impact
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Passion for early-stage startups and a drive to make a meaningful impact
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field

Compensation:

  • $100,000 base salary
  • Competitive equity
