Job Description
Sr. Sales Manager - (employer: CSS Payroll Co, L.P.; job location: Los Angeles, CA) - Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify sales opportunities. Create and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and resource allocation. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Resolve customer complaints and issues, and ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process. Monitor and analyze sales data and metrics to track progress toward goals. Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management. Implement strategies to address sales challenges and optimize performance. Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and product knowledge. Recruit, hire and train a high performing sales team on product features, benefits and competitive advantages. Set clear sales targets, KPIs and performance expectations for the team. Provide coaching, mentorship and ongoing feedback to team to improve sales skills and performance. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing or Communication, plus 2 years of experience in position offered or a sales lead manager or account executive position. All of required experience must have included leading sales teams of sales representatives and associates in the food delivery or food technology industry; managing end-to-end sales cycle of at least 4 weeks for technical products involving multiple stakeholders; coordinating with multiple cross-functional stakeholders in technology, legal, compliance, sales and expansion teams; overseeing and developing plans for growth and expansion of accounts by understanding client needs, budgets, expansion plans and expectations; overseeing and managing key metrics and targets for client accounts; managing Outbound Sales; using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to track and analyze sales team’s performance; and applying sales methodology such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or Sandler.
