Job Summary
Under the direction of the HR Processing Supervisor, the HR Processing Lead has the primary responsibility to organize, analyze, validate, and enter all human resources and payroll data transactions into the unified payroll database. The HR Processing Lead: critically evaluates the information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts and research inconsistencies in information; proactively identifies and resolves HR processing issues; independently advises employees on standard HR practices and procedures; and resolves problems when clear procedures exist. The HR Processing Lead is responsible for processing complex payroll transactions, including the reconciliation and calculation of retroactive payroll adjustments.
The incumbent regularly interacts with HR generalists and managers throughout the HR organization as well as client departments and other business units to address and resolve problems and ensures accurate and timely data entry to meet various systems deadlines. This position will support HR partners with advanced processes and procedures to support client departments' business needs.
The HR Processing Lead will be held accountable to high customer service standards, service level agreements and related metrics. They will perform all duties with tact, discretion and according to confidentiality requirements.
