Our recruitment team is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our expanding Corporate Recruiting team to work in partnership with our G&A organizations.

In this role you will have the opportunity to build long lasting partnerships with our hiring managers, creating innovative hiring strategies for our G&A organizations. This position offers the ability to make an impact and take on a wide-range of responsibilities.

Candidates must be located in the Bay Area and able to go into our Dublin office 2-3 days per week.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL GET TO:
  • Build relationships with all hiring managers across the organization, providing guidance in search strategy development, diverse candidate sourcing, screening, and translating business strategy into talent and recruitment strategy.
  • Assist hiring managers with the identification, sourcing and closing diverse, top tier talent
  • Proactively review business needs and help hiring managers think holistically about talent solutions across the business using data drive insights.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams like People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding, Legal and Finance to deliver a high-quality and holistic recruitment process
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and/or inefficiencies in our hiring process and help initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing recruiting strategy
ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
  • 10+ years of recruitment experience working in a fast-paced SaaS environment, agency experience a bonus
  • Experience supporting G&A functions, ideally within a SaaS space.
  • Proven track record of building relationships with internal executives and acting as trusted advisor to VP level stakeholders.
  • Ability to design and execute executive searches for Director level and up roles.
  • Expert level sourcing skills, engaging and attracting passive candidates, building diverse pipelines and creating strategies for first-in-kind searches.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambigious environment, embrace new ideas, and problem solve unaided.
  • A love for Data. You enjoy making sense of the trends and using the insights to better your process to make it more efficient.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $134,000 - $186,900.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
