*The range provided is based on cost of living/geography and what we believe is reasonable in the market at the time of posting. This role may be eligible for annual bonus and annual merit increase. How You'll Perform the RoleThe Vice President, Sales - Foodservice & Specialty is responsible for developing and deploying strategies and tactics to drive new, profitable sales growth while sustaining existing sales within the Foodservice & Specialty channels. S/he will manage and cultivate new and existing strategic relationships at the senior-most levels, while establishing a high-performing, metrics-driven sales culture through planning, analytics, and the implementation of new cadences and processes.
This position will report to the SVP, Sales - Paper and work in close collaboration with counterparts in Sales, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance and HR. S/he will lead a team of Sales leaders and professionals across the US and Canada to support national and regional sales.
