GENERAL SUMMARY

Incumbent is responsible for performing daily imaging functions related to Lending, Loan Servicing, Deposit Operations and Branch documents. This process would include filing, packaging, shipping, cataloging, scanning, indexing and other imaging related functions. Ensure imaging standards are adhered for quality, accuracy, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes. Incumbent performs imaging production function. Incumbent would provide support as a subject matter expert in processing more complicated documents, utilization of the imaging system, and process and procedure. Incumbent assists manager in creation of reporting on standards, volumes, SLAs, and errors.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Reviews and performs imaging of commercial loan legal documents.
  • Maintains loan document tracking logs, including new loan, and trailing document tracking.
  • Provides back up to other imaging functions, including consumer loans and deposits.
  • Responds to service requests for document corrections, edits, etc.
  • Supports examinations and audits, delivering requested documentation.
  • Conducts quality control as assigned ensuring the quality of imaging and indexing for the department.
  • Provides team members support with process and procedure, and guidance and review of their work.
  • Assists in the preparation of department reports, including operational volumes, service levels, pending backlog, etc.
  • Assists with document management, ensuring documents are properly stored, sent for storage, and destroyed as required under bank policy.
  • Other duties and projects, as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: High School Diploma.
  • Experience: 1-3 years related general office or banking experience - Knowledge of Loan documents or Deposit documents desired. Familiar with ImageCentre/FCM imaging system desired but not required.
  • Skills/Ability: Ability to perform duties independently and meet established processing SLA and quality requirements. Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate with all levels of Bank staff. Good organization skills and excellent attention to details. PC proficient- and able to use Excel and Word. Must display initiative and be self-motivated and adapt well to a changing environment.

OTHER DETAILS

$21.63 - $28.85 / hour
Pay determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
