If you join our team, you'll research, design, develop, debug, and support location software. You'll also collaborate to qualify performance and support commercialization for hundreds of millions of users on multiple hardware families. You'll work with customers of location, both internal and external, to make best use of your work to support their applications.

  • Familiar with statistical analysis of data from real-world physical systems
  • Familiar with random/stochastic processes
  • Proficient in C++
  • Familiar with modern object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns
  • Interested in location technologies and eager to experiment with state-of-the-art techniques
  • Good collaborator and communicator


Description

Develop and improve multi-sensor positioning technology as a location software engineer. Craft the next generation of location-aware mobile experiences by working on state-of-the-art technologies to seamlessly integrate people's digital and physical lives. Education & Experience

Applicants should have a graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field or a Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience in positioning, estimation, or statistics.

Additional Requirements

  • Nice to have, but not required
  • * Proficient in GPS/GNSS/radionavigation theory and technology
  • * Familiar with inertial navigation systems
  • * Experience processing data at scale server-side


Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $138,900.00 and $256,500.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
