Minimum Experience: - Hospital experience or customer service experience necessary. - Prefer hospital experience in a customer service related capacity. Required Certification: - Current BCLS certification - AB 508 Certification. If no card upon hire, one must be obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer into the department, and maintained by renewal before expiration date. The Medical Scribes perform clerical and information technology functions for the unit/department. This includes primary responsibility of the operation of the electronic health records and electronic dictation system.
