The HR Business Partner is accountable for coordinating the deployment of all HR activities, providing seamless support and ensuring consistent, quality application of all HR activities and administrative tasks for their group. The HR Business Partner provides consulting and coaching to departmental leaders and managers in order to support the business's vision, mission and overall objectives. The Senior HR Business Partner will focus on business growth, workforce strategy, consulting, talent initiatives, organizational effectiveness, change management and leadership development. The team player we are looking for has the ability to be client-driven, highly accountable, hands on, collaborative, able to earn the trust of clients and peers alike and shares our value.
This position is an on-site role located in Benicia, California.
Education, Work Experience and Skill Requirements:
Salary Range: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00, annually.
