The Position

Working as a Growth and Subscription Product Manager at Signify is dynamic. You'll be focused on helping us grow our Hue Secure Business and our entertainment subscription business, both launched in 2023.

We're greater together through peer learning in our globally diverse team, with different backgrounds and nationalities.

We are looking for a Growth and Subscription Product Manager to both mature and grow our subscriptions business and continuously improve the onboarding, activation and overall experiences that will delight our subscribers.

Leveraging available data, you will craft and communicate a strategic roadmap and see to its execution leading cross-functional teams of the industry's best data scientists, UX designers and software engineers. You will work in close partnership with the Security Software Product Manager, the Partnership and Entertainment Product Manager, design, Direct-to-Consumer, consumer insights and other functions to bring your vision to life and drive transformational change of the subscriptions experience.

This role is based in our Menlo Park office in a hybrid model, but we Are looking for candidates that can be in the in the Menlo Park office when required.

What you'll do

  • Product Strategy and Direction: owning a key aspect of Philips Hue Secure's and Philips Hue Entertainment subscription products and being responsible for delivering substantial business impact through that product
  • Analytics and Metrics: defining the metrics you'll use to measure your progress and demonstrate that business impactRequirements definition: develop comprehensive product plans, incorporating business requirements and roll out plans. Effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver key capabilities on time and on budget.
  • Synthesizing qualitative research with quantitative analysis to inform product decisions
  • Owning and driving the product lifecycle from ideation through implementation and launch

What you'll need

  • 5+ years of experience, with relevant product management experience, and proven track record of building subscriptions products that demonstrably moves the needle on business metrics
  • You thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy
  • Proven ability to map algorithmic solutions to product problems with demonstrated impact on business metrics through AB testing.
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to present technical content to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to partner with different functions to ensure that your solutions drive real business impact. Strategic thinking and ability to incorporate larger business context into algorithm and product development.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, or related field

What you'll get in return...

  • Salary:$152,800- 224,000 base

  • Bonus:target bonus opportunity - 15%

You'll be part of our growing multi-disciplinary Philips Hue team in the Bay Area. This is a small site with large responsibilities to create and maintain Philips Hue partnership integrations and Hue Entertainment products. This site is now being expanded to lead development of a new home security business for the Philips Hue ecosystem and you will be part of shaping a completely new line of associated products and services.
