The Comprehensive Ophthalmology position is a staff physician position within the Department of Ophthalmology without the requirement for teaching or research. The Comprehensive Ophthalmology position focuses on the delivery of eye care to the level of expertise of the physician with the referral of cases to tertiary care subspecialty ophthalmologists as appropriate. The position focuses on primary management of ophthalmic diseases including anterior segment, ocular surface, medical glaucoma, and retinal screening. This position offers the practitioner the opportunity to create long term relationships with their patients in the life-long care of their eye health. Surgical procedures within the Comprehensive Ophthalmologist expertise and competency are allowed but not required. The expected pay range for this recruitment is $111,100.00 - $300,000.00 (Annual Salary). The Full Salary Range for the salary grade this position is assigned to is $69,000.00 - $378,300.00 (Annual Salary).
