Our leading mental health facility is committed to providing exceptional care and support to adolescents facing mental health challenges. The Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is designed to offer intensive, short-term treatment. We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people and their families. Role Summary: As a Clinical Social Worker in our Adolescent PHP, you will play a pivotal role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating adolescents with a range of mental health issues. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with adolescents and their families, providing both individual and group therapy, as well as coordinating care with the interdisciplinary treatment team of psychiatric healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for adolescents in the PHP. * Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy. * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated care. * Engage with families and caregivers to provide education, support, and guidance throughout the treatment process. * Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best outcomes. * Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities. * Create discharge plans to ensure patients sustain gains after finishing the program. CSW 2 salary range: $44.19 - $52.79 Hourly CSW 3 salary range: $48.03 - $57.40 Hourly
Qualifications

Qualifications/Skills: * Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution. * CA State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or license eligible. * Clinical experience, preferably with adolescents in a mental health setting. * Knowledge of a wide range of therapeutic modalities and interventions suitable for adolescents. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. * Strong commitment to patient-centered care and a multidisciplinary approach.
