As a Naval Warfare Training Facilitator, you'll bring your Naval combat systems tactical and training background towork on projects to improve Aircraft Carrier Strike Group and Amphibious Ready Group tactical readiness. You'll use your skills and expertise to analyze problems, develop solutions, and work with other experts using Live, Virtual, and Constructive training systems. You'll help identify, analyze, and evaluate complexsystems, policies, and processes that facilitate training for Navy Staffs and ships preparing for deployment.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience as a Naval Warfare tactical Subject Matter Expert in planning and executing real-world or simulated warfare and employment of ships, submarines, or aircraft
• 5+ years of experience as a Naval Officer, Chief Petty Officer, or with civilian wargaming
• 5+ years of experience developing and executing tactical team training
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED
• Tactical Action Officer, Aircraft Mission Commander, Information Operations Watch Officer, or Warfare Area Qualification

Nice If You Have:

• Experience in the operation of Navy Live, Virtual, and Constructive Training systems
• Knowledge of tactical training scenario development
• TS/SCI clearance
