The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of California Santa Barbara invites applications for a 100% time (40 hr/wk) Academic Coordinator I position for undergraduate instructional laboratory support.
The Academic Coordinator serves in a key role for the successful operations of the instructional teaching laboratories. Responsibilities of this position will include accurate preparation of reagents, setup of experiments for all levels of undergraduate teaching labs, and monitoring teaching assistant performance. The university is especially interested in applicants who can contribute to the diversity and excellence of the academic community through research, teaching and service, as appropriate to the position.
