Primary Purpose | Serving as a Business and Finance leadership team member, the Senior Associate Vice President (SAVP) of Facilities and Capital Projects is responsible for all university facility operations, maintenance, planning, and construction within a multi-campus environment. The SAVP also directs and manages construction projects from conception to completion and oversees real estate management. The SAVP reports to the CFO/Vice President for Business and Finance. The position requires a transformational, positive, forward-looking, accountable leader who can lead and collaborate in a fast-moving environment and support Pacific's goal of becoming the best student-centric comprehensive university in the country. |

Valid driver's license required. Incumbent must also be able to meet the University's fleet rules and be eligible to drive for University business. The University's insurance carrier reserves the right to exclude applicants based on their driving record. |
Hiring Range | $225,000 - $275,000 per year. We consider factors such as, but not limited to, scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's qualifications, internal equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. |
