You will provide critical executive-level administrative support for research and grant administration, with an emphasis on managing grants and funding. As the primary point of contact for the Principal Investigator, you will assist in the preparation and editing of grant applications, progress reports and manuscripts, assist with manuscript preparations and submissions including tables, graphs and slides, oversee calendars, coordinate travel for grant-related activities, process grant-related reimbursements, and coordinate timely Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions.

Salary: $4,633.33 - $9,216.67/month

Qualifications

We're seeking a highly-motivated, deadline-driven, detail-oriented individual with:

  • Three or more years of experience supporting C-Level executives
  • Assist with preparing high-level reports, researching and compiling data
  • Ability to work regular hours as needed
  • Exceptional writing abilities to prepare grammatically correct scientific documents
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Sound judgment and expertise in managing complex calendars
  • Ability to coordinate extensive details for meetings and events
  • Knowledge of university, medical center, and Faculty Practice Group policies and procedures, including purchasing, accounting, and payroll
  • Assist with coordinating various course enrollments for students and ensure evaluations are completed in a timely manner
