The Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior is seeking to hire a full-time Psychologist to join the UCLA Hispanic Neuropsychiatric Center of Excellence that is part of the DMH+UCLA Public Partnership for Wellbeing. This partnership is designed to strengthen communities and improve the wellbeing of Los Angeles County residents and greater society by providing a holistic foundation for addressing inequities and advancing wellbeing for all. Primary duties include: * Performing neuropsychological and psychological assessments * Conducting clinical interviews * Preparing reports and other documents on patient status * Training externs and fellows * Developing appropriate training materials * Collaborating with team in completing needs assessments Please note: we have two openings for this position Salary: $58.36 - $76.99 hourly.

Qualifications

Required: PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology Valid CA Psychology License Knowledge and training in a variety of psychological assessment measures Minimum 1 year of experience training and supervising predoc and/or postdoc trainees Experience working with multi-cultural populations Excellent oral and written communicate skills, including the ability to write and edit reports Demonstrated ability to protect patient confidentiality to comply with all HIPAA, JCAHO, CMS and regulatory policies, procedures, and requirements Preferred:Minimum 2 years of clinical and/or scientific expertise with adult and/or pediatric populations Bilingual (English / Spanish or other) 2 years of formal post-doctoral training in neuropsychology
