We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at our program in Yuba City, CA.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced BCBA looking for career growth and access to continued trainings. Small case load, and the ability to develop your clinical skills.

Earn up to $100,000 per year!

Our BCBAs primarily provide the required Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supervision to staff on an ongoing basis as assigned. They will conduct comprehensive Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) of presenting issues and observe participants in various settings for developing the behavior support plan. Our BCBAs work within a multidisciplinary setting.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Master's degree with valid BCBA certification
  • Two (2) years' experience providing behavior supports for individuals with IDD and with mental health diagnosis.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in designing, supervising, and implementing behavior modifications
  • Demonstrated ability to support individuals with behavioral challenges.
  • Competency in writing supports plans and effective verbal communication skills
  • Capacity to train and mentor others
  • Ability to perform duties with limited supervision
  • Flexibility in scheduling and availability for onsite support
  • Experience in supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) is required
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
