Provide the Program Office with coordination of daily execution and long-term execution of processes, procedures, and reporting.
Provide program infrastructure assistance; process administration; organization and technical implementation; and the governance necessary to evolve process/performance improvement.
Develop budgets and manage technical performance within budgetary constraints.
Provide resolutions to conflict or discipline related issues with personnel.
Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities and representatives on technical, program/project and contract administration issues.
Supervises contractor personnel program/project operations by developing procedures, planning, and directing execution of the technical, programming, maintenance and administrative support effort and monitoring and reporting progress.
Direct your team in the delivery of all required contract deliverables.
Direct your team in hosting and coordination of quarterly and other Ad Hoc program reviews.
Conduct cost management through continual cost control and review.
Experience Required:
15+ years relevant professional experience in program/project management
10+ years of minimum in DoD/Navy program management, government technical management.
DoD 5000.02 ACAT 1 Acquisition Experience
Experience communicating with SES/Flag level personnel.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in any technical or managerial discipline
Master’s degree in any technical or managerial discipline
