Primary Purpose | Under the general direction of the Upward Bound Program Director, the Program Advisor oversees a caseload of 60 participants from the target area high school in Stockton, California. The Program Advisor provides ongoing guidance, support and resources to 9-12th grade participants from low income backgrounds in preparation for them to enter and graduate from college. This position is grant funded through August 31, 2027, position may be eliminated at any time if grant funds are no longer available. |

Work performed during standard business hours. May be required to work some evenings and weekends. Valid driver's license required. Incumbent must also be able to meet the University's fleet rules and be eligible to drive for University business. The University and its insurance carrier reserves the right to exclude applicants based on their driving record. |
Hiring Range | $18.09-$23.96 per hour. We consider factors such as, but not limited to, scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's qualifications, internal equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. |
