Expectations:

The Huntington Hospital Palliative Consult service is looking for a full-time physician. The position is 100% clinical with the option to also join as faculty for the Internal Medicine residency program, as well as opportunities for leadership/administration. Successful candidates will be part of a very dynamic care model in close collaboration with Pulmonary-CCM, Emergency Medicine, Hematology-Oncology, Primary Care along with all other subspecialties.

Huntington Hospital Palliative Consult Service has a history of innovation and excellence, being the first PC program in SGV, and the first in the region to launch with a dedicated multidisciplinary team in 2007. We are one of the founding members of the Palliative Care Quality Network, which has since merged with other national registries to form the largest database for Palliative Care metrics in the world, the Palliative Care Quality Collaborative. Successful candidates will become a part of a well-established, diverse and highly skilled multidisciplinary team that includes PC-dedicated spiritual care and social work.

CA M.D. or D.O required
Must have completed fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
Must be board certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
