Our Story.
CDI was founded in 1981, with the opening of the first outpatient imaging center in Minnesota. Since that time, we’ve grown to a physician-led, national organization with a reputation for the highest quality and service. Each of our markets’ centers are led by local physicians and staff, who are supported by a corporate team dedicated to each individual market’s success.
Headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, our centers are connected by one of the most advanced teleradiology networks in the nation. We offer diagnostic radiology services focused in five subspecialty imaging areas: neuro, musculoskeletal, spine, body and cardiovascular; many of our radiologists also offer diagnostic and therapeutic injections. Our modalities include high-field MRI, multi-slice helical CT, X-ray, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, mammography, and PET/CT.
