As a part of the Commercial Rotation Program, you'll participate in three rotations across various Commercial Bank business areas including: Healthcare & Technology, Media & Telecom, Energy Banking Group, Financial Institutions Group, Middle Market Banking, Diversified Industries Group, Commercial Real Estate, Capital Markets, and Credit Risk & Analytics.
Rotation locations may include Chicago, IL; Houston, TX; New York City, NY; and DC Metro (Bethesda, MD and McLean, VA). Associate placement in each location is determined by business demand, and Associates can look forward to changing geographic locations at least once during the two-year program.
Throughout your three rotations, you'll be an integral part of your team and have a wide variety of hands-on experiences. You'll develop a thorough understanding of commercial banking and risk management, while learning the fundamentals of relationship management, underwriting and portfolio management.
